Taught by the people who ship the work

The academy is a practice of NextBrix, an IT services and consulting company in Bangalore. The engineers teaching these programmes spend the rest of their week building data platforms and AI systems for our clients, so the syllabus tracks what those projects actually need.

It is also how we grow our own delivery team: our Associate Engineer graduate programme recruits from every cohort. Completing a programme counts in your favour when you apply — though a place on a course is not itself an offer of employment.
